Business Development Executive

- Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand Greenutrizy’s presence in both B2C (customers) and B2B (restaurants, cafés, gyms, and retailers).
The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth, which are core responsibilities of business development professionals.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities (B2C & B2B)
- Approach restaurants, hotels, gyms, and health-conscious customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Promote Greenutrizy microgreens and explain product benefits
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
- Manage leads and sales pipeline (calls, WhatsApp, visits)
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Represent the brand in meetings, events, and partnerships
- Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of health/organic products (preferred)
- Familiarity with social media & WhatsApp selling

Agronomist
- Location :Palakkad, Kerala (On-site)
- Job Type : Full-Time
- Job Overview
We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Agronomist to manage and optimize our microgreens production. This role is crucial in ensuring high yield, consistent quality, and efficient farming practices.
You will work closely with operations to improve crop cycles, monitor plant health, and implement best practices in controlled environment agriculture.
- Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage microgreens production cycles
- Monitor crop health, growth conditions, and yield quality
- Optimize use of seeds, water, nutrients, and growing media
- Implement best practices for organic and sustainable farming
- Identify and resolve plant health issues (fungus, pests, etc.)
- Maintain hygiene and quality standards in production
- Experiment with new microgreens varieties
- Improve productivity and reduce wastage
- Train and guide farm staff on best practices
- Maintain records of production, yield, and growth cycles
- Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of plant science and crop management
- Understanding of hydroponics / microgreens cultivation (preferred)
- Problem-solving skills for plant health issues
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic data tracking and reporting skills
- Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
